A family psychiatry practice with 30+ years in The Woodlands, TX was running a Wix site that matched neither the quality of the clinical work nor the trust signals patients actually need. New patients weighing a first appointment read healthcare sites closely — credentials, tone, intake process, clarity on what to expect. The client needed a site that reads clinical but human: clean provider bios, services explained without jargon, secure intake forms, and clear information on clinical trials and insurance.
Next.js 15 with a calm, muted palette and generous line-heights for readability under stress — patients landing on a psychiatry site often aren't in a "skim the nav" mood. Intake forms are first-party on the site, not third-party widgets, so the experience stays in-brand and HIPAA considerations are handled intentionally.
